CurrentData Science and Analysis:• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting R&D data: Collect data from various R&D data sources to extract meaningful insights.• Developing data science skills: Continuously enhance data science capabilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.• Data modeling and transformation: Use defined methods to model data, define transformations, and document data source definitions.• Utilizing corporate tools: learn and work with the company's data science tool suite and apply standard DevOps practices to complete software deliverables.Collaboration with R&D Scientists:• Gathering and validating insights: Collaborate with R&D scientists to gather and validate insights during working sessions.• Validation of solutions: Conduct sessions to ensure the solution is on track to meet the desired business outcomes.• Feedback and reporting: Capture feedback, address issues, and report on task completion.
