Life Case Manager
CurrentAs a Life Insurance Case Manager at Ash Brokerage, this position serves as a liaison between high producing agents/brokers and insurance carriers to expedite the application and issue process for life insurance applications. My main responsibilities include:- Monitoring progress of cases, facilitates the procurement of outstanding requirements, and provides ongoing status to agent/broker. - Serving as a concierge level liaison between agents / brokers and insurance carriers. - Reviewing related medical information and identifies issues that may obstruct issuance of the policy as applied for, and develops creative solutions, presenting agents with alternatives. - Identify issues which may impede issuance of the policy. Based on assessment and on knowledge of practices of individual carriers, I will contact internal and/or carrier Underwriting staff to confirm validity of issues.
