Encore Payment Systems, acquired by EVO Payment Systems, is a payment card processing and merchant services provider well known in the industry across the U.S. I have worked on Finance systems, internal recruiting projects, HR systems, home-grown ticketing software. I was involved with our migration transition to combine multiple payment card companies and their back-ends together. At EVO payment systems I worked on a multitude of projects simultaneously and really got a taste of TFS, agile development, and SCRUM. Some highlights:Great exposure to systems built using MVC. Working with repository pattern interfaces and dependency injection using Ninject. Making loosely coupled applications and then Unit Testing.ONE ASP.NET applications which combines MVC patterns and ASP.NET web forms into one project.Automated nightly and CI builds. Intermec Technologies/Enterprise Mobile is a diverse company spanning world-wide. As Desktop Support I utilized many different technologies and learned even more to manage a robust IT infrastructure. Using RSAT and other server utilities I was in charge of 200+ users and workstation OUs working in Plano, Texas as well as remotely. There was a constant need for printer diagnostics and network monitoring as well as close involvement with DHCP due to limited or restricted bandwidth and lease pools in this quickly developing organization. I also gained hands on experience troubleshooting VPNs, WANs, VLANs, and other enterprise-scale networking technologies. I used a corporate image and followed organizational techniques for issuing and installing OS for new users and setting up workstations. I worked on an equipment tracking program in C#, which I gathered requirements, wrote pseudocode, mapped the SQL server database structure, managed relationships, and developed the WPF GUI and code.
