I’m currently a Analyst for Marquis. As an analyst we regularly work with multiple Financial Institutions to perform regular and ad hoc reporting to increase the financial institutions customers wallet share at the institution. In addition, I've revamped and enhanced the baseline review process for new financial institutions and is the first look at their data to begin the relationship.I previously was Workforce Capacity Analyst for Citigroup, an American multinational investment bank and financial services corporation. In this role, I provide critical analytics and reporting as well as workforce management and transformational leadership to all lines of business within Citi’s Global Consumer Bank. I began my career in 2000 as a Credit Analyst for Arvest Bank Group where I managed credit risk exposure for 14 consumer banks within a 4-state region. In 2005, I joined State Farm Insurance as a personal lines adjuster and moved up through the ranks in positions of increasing responsibility, including Claims Adjuster, Agency Field Specialist, and Insurance Agent. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other professional analysts. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with cross-functional business leaders to develop solutions, overcome critical challenges, and fulfill the needs of the business. I have a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Dallas, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cameron University, and a SAS Base Programmer Certification. I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, old friends, and individuals with common interests, so feel free to send me an invite if you’d like to connect.
