Ticketing Specialist for AXS.com• Promoters/Clients include: AEG Presents, Goldenvoice, Nederlander Concerts, Bowery Presents, Live Nation, and more. • Venues include: Staples Center, Red Rocks, T-Mobile Arena, The Greek, The Fonda, El Rey Theatre, Shrine LA, Microsoft Theatre, and more. • A Client Services representative is the primary resource for event-related assistance and technical support for AXS.com clients. • Participating as an active team member to develop and maintain excellent client relationships. • Expert on event creation and event-related system configurations, while quickly and accurately configuring 100+ entertainment and sporting events monthly for clients using multiple cloud-based ticketing platforms, content management system, marketing and promotional campaigns, and special offers. I was responsible for hard-cutting every event that was on sale; including all sales, money and inventory. I also assisted with the implementation, including creating new entities, settlement codes and content for every venue. • Implementing/On-boarding new clients/venues from their previous ticketing system to AXS’s ticketing platforms.
