In addition to a demonstrated history in Operations, I'm also Board Certified (NBC-HWC) and Functional Medicine Certified (FMCHC) in Health & Wellness Coaching. I specialize in chronic illness - specifically Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, and Panic Disorder. Having fought my own battle with all three, I'm now 5 years on the other side and use my journey as a roadmap to help others.As Head of Operations in a VP role, I successfully helped lead a venture-backed startup to M&A within 3 years. During this time I oversaw the development of a billing/coding formula allowing practitioners to 5x their patient load in a fraction of the time using coaches, Telehealth SMA's, and E&M coding changes born out of the pandemic (Time & Severity into Medical Decision Making).For 4 years I've run my own practice, collaborating with other coaches and consulting with physicians to design, operate, and scale wellness programs, as well as solve operational and logistical challenges in-clinic.
