Along with my main duties, I also serve as the Wellness Coordinator and the Infocus Captain for the store. The Wellness Coordinator promotes the Company's integrated health management programs for the store. The Infocus Captain's responsibilities include leading the asset protection and safety team for the local store.

Performed various massage techniques for relaxation of the body including: Swedish style massage, hot rocks massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Spinal Touch Therapy, deep tissue massage, Acu-therapy, Polarity therapy, Thai massage, seated chair massage, salt scrubs, sugar scrubs, herbal body wraps, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, essential oil techniques of Raindrop Therapy and Vitaflex Therapy.All positions provided an opportunity of increasing skills at record keeping. Keeping charts increased my ability to be concise and direct while keeping words to a minimum.

At the Sandy Post Office I was both a window/distribution clerk and a city carrier. While serving as a window clerk, I had financial responsibility of both money and stamp stock. Also my duties expanded to include substitute financial clerk which increased the level of responsibility of both money and stamp stock. This position also included further development of hand-eye coordination and memorization of each carrier route in the city. Both the window clerk position and the carrier position gave me experience in defensive driving as outlined by the Post Office.

Duties at this facility included learning zip codes and sorting mail to correct location, manually and by machine. This activity increased hand-eye coordination. During this time I was promoted to an official full-time employee and assigned to the parcel sorting machine. The experience on this machine allowed me to develop 10-key accuracy and speed.

In this position I entered data manually that could not be read by the optical character readers in letter processing. This position allowed me to develop keyboard accuracy and speed.
