My name is Cole Smith, I'm 20 years old and my current location is in Toronto, Ontario. I'm 5'8 with hazel eyes, brown hair and hazel eye colour.I've had 8 years of experience in musical theatre, performing in many school events including group choir performances with solo parts and solo acts with live accompaniment. I've had 8 over 6 years of vocal experience, with 3 years of classical training with Jenniah Armstrong and over 3 years of performance-based contemporary training with Tenja Hagenberg.I've participated in a Disney vocal & acting coaching workshop with Amber Wright in 2019, and multiple remote acting & vocal workshops with coaching from Jennifer Stewart, Andrew Prashad and Adam Takiyama. I've been a part of 14 musicals, most notably in a 2016 production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music" playing Kurt Von Trapp, a 2018 production of James Lapine's "Into the Woods" playing The Wolf, and a 2019 production of Jeff Whitty's "Avenue Q" playing the lead role of Princeton.My most notable skills have been the ability to play the tenor saxophone at a beginner-intermediate level and puppetry that I had learned while performing in Avenue Q. As of right now, I am looking for opportunities to dive back into the acting world with no limitations of the COVID-19 virus.
