I recently joined HP's Personal Systems Services Mobility team with a focus on enhancing the experience of HP's largest Proactive Insights customer accounts. I play a critical role in transitioning customers from “proof of concept” to “paid” status with contracts worth over $25M in total value. I am responsible for supporting over 60% of the global business to date with plans to expand even more.Since beginning my career in 2009, I've designed and constructed a company’s first 100+ million record reference base, been responsible for 50,000 mission critical financial files in the largest and most complex company separation to date, and earned several awards for client-facing support due to my success in delivering on-time again and again. I've built and managed operational dashboards ranking in the top 1% across the company leveraging Power BI for 300+ users around the globe resulting in the company’s highest penetration rate to-date.
