I am as well, an ILO certified facilitator of Participatory Gender Audit.I have over 20 years of experience in inclusive and sensitive programmes design, management, monitoring and evaluation within both humanitarian aid, and social development interventions with INGOs. Over the span of my nearly 20 years of experience in social work, I was honored by leading M&E efforts and/or building capacities on M&E efforts for highly recognized, and rated projects/programs achievements.
