My role, in a program funded by USAID/OTI, consisted of: leading the M&E team and efforts of the program including 1)-designing an M&E system that meets the needs of the program for learning, analysis, and reporting ; 2)-Coaching and/or training grantees and the program staff to contribute to M&E efforts; 3)-Oversee and advise colleagues on information management processes by reviewing data collection efforts and overall data reliability, consistency, and quality; 4)-leading and managing program-level evaluation efforts, including the development of studies that examine higher-level outcomes and the utilization of external resources, 5)-identify, analyze, and synthesize lessons learned, and facilitate the incorporation of those lessons into the activity development cycle; and 6)-manage the online database.In fact, my monitoring and evaluation skills for regional and nationwide interventions have been recognized amongst other through my recent and past positions especially at Management Systems International-Lebanon.

Promoting Active Citizen Engagement (PACE)A Program Funded by USAID.Main tasks:-Create the M&E system, measures, procedures and tools;-Develop grants’ M&E plans and ensure that M&E procedures and requirements are included in grant design, deliverables, and timelines- Oversee and maintain online and offline database - Contribute substantially to program reporting-Perform necessary analysis of data gathered- Provide training and coaching to colleagues and grantees- Design baseline surveys, polling, follow-up surveys, KAP studies, and other M&E tools; and oversee their implementation-Elaborate Gender strategy and integration plan; conduct gender analysis, and integrate gender perspective in all aspects of the program, and train staff on gender analysis and gender mainstreaming

As a social researcher since 2003, I am always interested in vulnerable persons’ rights advancement, and empowerment especially in volatile and complex contexts with a special interest in public policies. As a trainer since 2000, the majority of colleagues, Civil Society Organizations and Entrepreneurs who have attended the training and/or coaching that I deliver; have shown an increase in their knowledge and are showing evidence on using the acquired skills and applying their learning through their work.

My management skills for projects were proved through the maintained trustful relationship built with my team and partners as well as with a wide network of stakeholders; and through the evaluation and auditing of the projects that I have managed and monitored which had always a great rating especially in regards to results achievements and efficiency. Furthermore, my organizational skills have allowed me to repeatedly handle many positions at the same time especially during crisis and emergencies.

-Design proposals (mainly funded by ECHO, USAID-OFDA, AUSAID and other international donors) and monitor projects for relief and development interventions-Manage and organize relief interventions (manage implementation, train implementing NGOs, set the procurement specifications, design and write brochures including guidelines on how to use distributed products, set and apply packing systems, distribution systems, organist volunteers activities, beneficiaries data and design monitoring tools).-2006-2007: Monitor and evaluate relief grants funded by USAID-OFDA-2006: -Member of the Design committee (committee in charge of designing proposals in response to the needs of internally displaced persons due to July war 2006) -Team leader for ECHO proposals writing.
