I am trained Mechanical engineer with 10 years of work experience across corporate and social impact domain. I took a leap of faith in 2017, finally making the transition to learn and understand development sector by pursuing my Post Graduation in Development Leadership from Indian School of Development Management. My keen interest from early stages have been into understanding the interconnection of different SDGs for improving human development indexes across different geographies and socio-economic conditions. I consult early-stage initiatives and organization working in the areas of scholastic, non-scholastic learning, entrepreneurship mindset changes and employment generating program for women and students in rural and semi urban geographies. I bring my expertise in designing and executing process re-engineering studies, developing frameworks and structures for building data driven impact vertical with project teams for strengthening program efficiency and outputs. My keen interest lies in strategizing organizations long term goals to their program activities with a strong focus on data collection techniques and analyzing qualitative and quantitative change indicators for strengthening program outputs. My experience of working with varied stakeholders such as NPOs, CSR clients, donor and government agencies has strengthened my understanding of program compliances with respect to CSR laws. I enjoy working in new geographies and solving different developmental challenges in collaboration with project teams and beneficiaries. I am looking forward for taking up new work assignments, which gives me the scope for strengthening program interventions with a strong focus on designing and measuring sustainable interventions across various SDGs.
