As the Chair of Governors, I worked in close partnership with the Head supporting them to get the very best outcomes for the children whilst holding them to account. Whilst I was Chair, the school was inspected by Ofsted and received an Outstanding rating which we were absolutely delighted with.We also developed a new 3 year strategy which included working with the governors, Head, staff, parents and the local community in shaping it and rolling it out.
