I am part of the Climate Change & Sustainability Services team advising and collaborating with clients in their journeys of long-term sustainable value creation, decarbonization and sustainable finance. I support engagements across sectors with various expertises, ranging from decarbonization, biodiversity, human rights, ESG data, environmental impact measurement, sustainable supply chain management and more.

ACTIAM is a leading sustainable and impact asset manager. As part of the Sustainability & Strategy (ESG) team my responsibilities included:- Product owner of the ESG Data project, including developing and rolling out the ESG database and (online) dashboards that show the sustainable performance of funds for clients and other stakeholders- Developing methods and measuring the social and environmental impacts of assets under management (carbon and water footprinting, biodiversity, deforestation, living wage, SDG contribution) - Further integrating sustainable performance in asset management strategies e.g. policies, ESG scores- Collaborating with the financial sector to standardize footprinting methodologies and on engagements, incl. satellite imagery for deforestation in palm oil sector and biodiversity footprinting using I-O and LCA methods.- Launching new sustainable investment products and services for clients, e.g. Global Equity Impact Strategy. Researching nature-based solutions / nature positive impact fund opportunities.- Defining the active ownership strategy and managing the engagement team

True Price is a social enterprise that aims to contribute to an impact economy that creates value for all, by helping organizations quantify, value, and improve their impact on society.My responsibilities include: - Performing analyses on natural, social and financial capital valuation, with the aim to maximize impact, so bringing costs close to zero and optimizing benefits. Applying the True Price methodology across a variety of clients and sectors, using common principles like lifecycle analysis (LCA), CBA and impact frameworks.- 2016: co-initiating the SDG Charter Foundation, which facilitates multi-stakeholder collaboration to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Managing the start-up of the foundation, incl. strategic plan, governance structure, legal requirements, financial and administrative infrastructure, HR and communication strategy and implementation.- 2015: coordinating contributions to the development of the Natural Capital Protocol as part of the Natural Capital Coalition. Coordinating the workstream monetization in the Dutch Green Deal on Transparency of Natural and Social Capital.- 2014: coordinating the True Price Platform, which brings together organizations in a joint quest towards establishing a relevant, sound, and inclusive standard for measuring and valuing impacts.
