Conduct graduate welcome calls for pending graduates, one month prior to graduation date. Engage with graduates to identify: career aspirations, strengths and weaknesses to provide strategic guidance as well as to determine the most suitable opportunity for placement. Establish relationships with healthcare employer partners to optimize recruiting/hiring processes and streamline recruitment of recent graduates based on organizational needs. Proactively identify qualified graduates/candidates for identified healthcare career opportunities. Track graduates/candidates through ATS hiring software from application submission through placement approved states. Utilize a customer service based approach to build rapport and establish relationships with graduates/candidates/employers. Screen and provide support to graduates/candidates from phone screens, to interview, onboarding and through the initial transition period. Key Accomplishments: • Significantly increased overall graduate engagement as well as re-engagement of long term disengaged graduates• Selected to sit on expert panels formed to: field and answer questions, mentor and provide guidance as well as leadership to lesser tenured members of Careers Services Department • Eight time recipient of Directors Club Award• Top Career Services Team Member Designee
