The Ayers Group consists of 3 entities and is responsible for over $265 million in annual turnover.My role includes:• Overseeing and developing the financial and operational well-being of the company by creating an environment and people first culture that focussed on fulfilling our mission, values and vision.• Partner with the senior management team to provide guidance on operational and strategic issues as they arose, including the provision of strategic recommendations to direct reports, cost identification and allocation and revenue/expense analysis • Developed business prospects by studying and identifying trends and revenue opportunities, business acquisition and expansion of service lines, analysing organisational operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement • Oversee financial performance and risk profile whilst ensuring that all compliance with regulatory bodies (ATO, ASIC, Department of Immigration etc) were met.• Cultivate relationships and maintain open communication channels with shareholders, government entities, stakeholders, suppliers and customers whilst engaging the board around issues, trends and changes in operating models and operational delivery.• Ongoing monitoring of P&L / Company performance / Budget and forecasting by measuring and analysing results both internally and externally. • Oversee the preparation and approval of all operational and financial reporting materials and metrics for the Board of Directors including monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal statements.• Increase revenues and income, implement operating cost controls in the areas of staffing, supplies and purchased services..
