My daily duties included the running the office of 5 staff, valuing properties for either sale or to let, photography, measurements and written description of sales particulars. In addition, I would arrange specialist marketing for our clients property needs, including national newspaper and magazine features, drone photography and overseas advertising.My position required me to have excellent spoken and written skills, strong negotiation and sales competence with an excellent business sense. I often worked under pressure to meet sales targets, with good organisation and time keeping, It was imperative that the clients found me friendly, trustworthy and professional at all times whilst keeping a keen and knowledgeable sense of their property and the housing market.
