Perform testing within the laboratory and ensure that testing is conducted based on quality and safety procedures.Calculate results, and records and reports results using the laboratory Management System.Perform instrument cleaning procedures, as necessary.Maintains equipment in proper working order and maintains a clean work environment.Perform PT testing as needed. Participates in Regulatory and Internal Audits Performs other related duties as assigned or as delegated by the Analytical Chemistry Supervisor or Lab Management.Can perform unassisted all or most of the Analytical Methods Performs equipment calibration as requested.Trains new employees on test methods Assists the Analytical Chemistry Supervisor in validation planning and execution.Updates/revises SOPs when necessary Propose and assist in the resolution of CAPA’s and corrective actions.

Manage sensorchip, instrument and reagent QCs including QC data tracking and reporting, preparation of buffers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),preparation and labeling of product kits,Inventory of reagents and other consumables, maintain stock of production and labeling supplies by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt, customer order fulfillment: packing, documentation, shipping, packing and shipping of boxes for customer demos, responsible for proper implementation of hazardous shipping rules (training provided), preparation of safety data sheets for products, assist in production of sensorchips, instrument cleaning and preventive maintenance, assists Applications Team with other projects as assigned, perform biosensor experiments and read relevant scientific literature when time allows.

Prepare buffers according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); prepare and label product kits; conduct monthly inventory; perform instrument quality control and consumables quality control assays; clean instruments and conduct preventative maintenance; write and edit SOPs

Responsible for mosquito larval surveillance and control program. Skills include development, planning, GIS and field mapping, identification, analysis, log, control, health and safety programs
