Responsible for $30m+ of revenue across multiple clients, countries, currencies and project types making sure revenue recognised was in accordance with IFRS, SOX and WPP policies. Liaising with the projects team to make sure that projects were opened in a timely and accurate manner and that all paperwork was compliant with SOX and internal policies Running credit checks and setting up new clients making sure that all internal policies were followed. Leading weekly revenue forecast meeting with Client Directors, Group Finance Director and Managing Director Leading weekly meetings with the client teams to monitor revenue, billing and WIP. Support client facing staff with budgeting for projects and reports for project profitability and clients direct report requirements Running the internal Sugar CRM reporting system that held budgets and revenue forecasts so that senior management were aware of the forecasted revenue for the next 3 months. Liaising with the resource manager to calculate value of resource to revenue forecast and follow up on any variances as well as running utilisation reports monthly. Running regular project checks for billing, VAT and currency and liaising with the biller and detailing any corrections needed. Closing off the month end for billing, direct costs, nett sales, accrued revenue, deferred revenue and multiple analysis reporting into the WPP Cartesis package as well as commenting on all client +60 day accrued or debt for Corporate and WPP HQ Many adhoc reports as well as assisting with office budgets and quarterly forecasts and any analysis required
