The purpose of this role is to dispense, manufacture, fill and pack product on a high speed packing lines throughout BFS(Blow Fill Seal) and PFS (Pre-Filled Syringe).Operational duties include the planning, dispense, maintain, manufacture and fill of sterile products. Set-up operate, maintain, monitor and improve packing equipment. Along with Batch changes, maintenance and critical spares of BFS/PFS machinery and ancillary equipment in BFS/PFS. Supporting the operational activities and providing engineering resources for improvement activities with the goal of achieving the filling and packing plan.Also Completion of QIR/CAPA/Documentation for process related problems and identify and maintain awareness of EHS requirements/ issues (SOP's, Risk Assessments).

The purpose of this role is to operate, monitor, and improve automated packing equipment used for the packing g of blow-fill-seal nebules. Also to trouble shoot and resolve equipment issues in a quick and effective manner. Also the purpose of this role to support machine maintenance and repair activities to ensure downtime is minimised; To complete routine machine adjustments to ensure filling machine planned output is achieved OTIF; To comply with Standard Operating Procedures ensuring regulatory standards are achieved; To monitor and report on machine performance to support the maximisation of machine efficiency; To carry out batch change, testing documentation and cleaning activities in compliance with cGMP ensuring manufacturing plans are achieved; To deliver shift filling plan activity to ensure planned outputs are achieved.
