I am a current student at Youngstown State University in the Exercise Science program and plan to continue my studies and work my way through YSU's Physical Therapy program. I am also a member of YSU's Honors program which has allowed me to take on more academic challenges and more actively volunteer within and outside my community. I am very passionate about exercise and maintaining a healthy body and mind alike. I enjoy working out and sharing my experience with others who would like to improve their health and fitness. I am pursuing a career in the Exercise Science field because it gives me the opportunity to expand my knowledge in this field, and gives me the tools and experience to one day make a career out of helping others to achieve their own fitness goals; which is something I find fascinating.
