As an IT Business Analyst / Product Owner on the Marketing Solutions and Project Governance team, I build internal applications to improve efficiency and performance of the marketing team. I lead the design and development of our internal applications as the expert in the business stakeholder needs and technical requirements.While at Red Bull, I have completed 3 application builds across multiple areas of the business. I own the product design & development end to end, acting as the subject matter expert for the business needs. During my first project, I built out a complete QA testing structure that is now used across the entire IT department. I lead both design and development by communicating the business needs to our 3rd party designers and creating the systems architecture with our development team. In addition to leading product development efforts, I work closely with the innovation team to create unique solutions for difficult problems in our organization. We function as an internal consulting group for other key business leaders, ideating and implementing new technologies like generative AI. By sourcing proof of concepts from many startups, we work with founders and small teams daily to improve our technological growth within Red Bull.

Tweak Labs is an art collective exploring fashion, mindfulness, digital collectibles, and blockchain technology. As Co-Founder, I've been in charge of every aspect of the business and technological side of Tweak Labs, including web design, development, recruitment & hiring, legal, accounting, marketing, community building, social media and strategy. I designed and coded our current website with robust features such as a web3 wallet connect, a token-gated chalkboard, minting page, an embedded virtual gallery, and an art engine. I've run social media accounts on Twitter and Instagram, gaining over 7,000 followers, as well as running a Discord server dedicated to the NFT project with over 1,300 members. We have launched over 5 NFT collections, and sold over 4,000 NFTs through 3rd party websites as well as on our website. I created an art generator using Python that creates a unique "Twisted Tweak" artwork with random features based on a table of probabilities. Additionally, I helped write a smart contract to allow users to mint a Twisted Tweak and receive an ERC721 token. Over the course of 2021, we grossed over $500k from selling artwork, NFTs, and digital collectibles with little to no marketing.Tweak Labs is heavily focused on fashion: I built out a token-gated Shopify website to sell our clothing, grossing over $10,000 and allowing our NFT holders to receive exclusive discounts. We have innovated on clothing distribution by minting 1 of 1 clothing pieces as NFTs and including the physical item with purchase.Tweak Labs raises awareness around mental health, anxiety, and depression by hosting weekly guided meditation sessions for our community. We have donated over $10,000 to mental health charities such as To Write Love on Her Arms and actively worked with such charities to host talks and events surrounding discussions on mental health.

The Knights Who Say Nah is a web3 based project that combines narrative storytelling, avatar NFT’s, a decentralized autonomous organization and real historical artifacts to create a new model for history and heritage. The goal of the project is to usher in a new era of cultural preservation by creating incredibly accurate 3D models of the largest private collection of ancient arms & armor in the world as NFTs stored on the blockchain. The project combines narrative storytelling, historical education, and immutable blockchain technology.I am one of four co-founders of the project responsible for leading the web3 strategy and creating a lasting community. As lead product manager, I've planned a unique go-to-market strategy that focuses on telling the history of these artifacts and highlights the culture that each artifact comes from. I've sourced and hired a smart contract development team, leading them in executing upon our goals of the project. With a strong understanding of blockchain technology and web3 culture, I've helped the Knights team make decisions surrounding price, supply, smart contract standards, and go-to-market strategy. Additionally, I have also led a development team in creating an on-chain mini game that aggregates collector's NFT holdings from our collection and determines their "strength" in being able to defeat the game. All mechanics are done on chain through smart contracts and even rewards players that successfully win the game with a non-transferrable NFT "completion badge."As head of community, I've planned 3-month content calendars, community events, marketing strategies, and engaging tactics to grow our audience. I built out the Discord for the Knights and have grown to over 150 members in just a few weeks. Before even beginning our marketing campaigns, I've helped the Knight's Twitter grow to over 8000 followers.

At Virtue Animation I manage our web3 products, create marketing strategies, develop community, oversee technological development, and create effective business strategies. My role is quite versatile as I have my hand in most aspects of this fast growing startup that is building at the intersection of technology and entertainment. Through my advisement, we successfully launched the "Virtue Founders Pass," an NFT that gives collectors exclusive access to the studio, and have generated over $300,000 in secondary volume with 10% royalties after releasing the NFT for free.Additionally, we launched our first original IP project, The BaseMint Gang, which is an entertainment brand & ecosystem that tells the story of a few lowly "degens" navigating their way through the web3 space. Within the first week of launching, we generated over $250,000 in revenue on primary sales, and nearly $50,000 in secondary volume with a 5% royalty.I manage all social media presence on Twitter and Discord by writing original content and developing social calendars. Over the course of 8 months, I have grown the Virtue Animation Twitter account to 11,000 followers, and the BaseMint Gang Twitter account to over 20,000 followers. Using social media data, I work closely with graphic designers and the development team to roll out new features and announcements so they reach the largest audience possible and amplify our mission.Lastly, I have overseen every aspect of the technological development for Virtue Animation and the BaseMint Gang. Working as the liaison between our web3 developers, front end developers, and artists, we have successfully launched two web3 enabled websites, three NFT collections with dynamic metadata, and multiple token-gated features in our Discord. I was directly in charge of managing the metadata for all NFTs, signing off on new features, and keeping strong communication between our team and our technology partner, Scalio.

Throughout the summer, I worked for Red Bull as a Technical Product Manager, where I was responsible for developing and executing internal, technical software. During my time there, I helped launch a new workflow system for our internal technologies that streamlines communications between developers, product managers, and executives.Additionally, I worked closely with the Product Management team to plan and design new interfaces, roll-out plans, and project closing ceremonies for the technical team. I designed an end to end system for creating, planning, and executing on project closing ceremonies. We found it extremely beneficial to have systems in place for when we finalize a new project that celebrates all parties involved and inspires them to look towards the next project.

Spark SC is the leading entrepreneurship organization at USC with over 40 active members and 13 committees to improve innovation around campus. I served as a Core Team Lead for Spark SC where I oversaw all operations within the organization. With a team of 5 other Core Team members, we ran weekly board meetings, fundraised for the organization, determined the future of Spark, and judged the overall health and effectiveness on a daily basis. Spark has become a family for me and being able to guide the vision and direction of Spark in the long term was a goal of mine since I joined the organization. Additionally, I was the advisor for 1000 Pitches, an initiative that seeks 1000 students to pitch an idea. The month long event ultimately culminates in a pitch competition with money and resources being rewarded to the best ideas.

During my 3 months at Autobound, I gained invaluable knowledge on the sales industry, as well as how technology can improve the sales cycle. I completed a summer long project to scrape company, lead, and news information on potential clients. I created a program that can scrape 5000+ names at a time based on custom filters. Additionally, I implemented a feature to scrape all Indeed job postings in a certain industry to enhance Autobound's market knowledge. This experience taught me how to function in a remote environment and work autonomously to find unique ways to solve a problem.
