Prime Projects Limited design, manufacture and install structural steel and architectural metalwork for the construction industry and private clients. We also design, fabricate and supply bespoke site equipment and accessories such as COSHH stores, brickwork relieving angles, specialist storage stillages, concrete washout tanks and clients prototypes for new products.

Jaspar Group are a property development and investment company in North London. My role was to organise and plan the construction of residential projects. This involved taking Projects from planning to handover.

Miller Piling Limited carry out all types of piling works predominantly in the South east of England but we do travel all over the UK.We mainly do CFA and Rotary piling but we now have pre-cast facility so we can offer pre-cast piles and some sheet piling works as well.At Millers we can offer full enabling packages for large basements including contiguous and secant walls, all temporary works and bulk excavation.We have carried out a number of complex basements and foundations in the Greater London area including the prestigious 'One Tower Bridge' for Berkeley Homes and we are currently working on 'Heart of East Greenwich' which has some challenging geotechnical issues.As Operations Director I am responsible for the day to day running of the business from business development, tender review to all elements of construction delivery and financial performance.

At MGF we design, manufacture, hire and sell shoring equipment for the civil engineering industry.We have a new 9 acre facility in East London from where we can supply excavation support equipment for everything from a shallow manhole to large basements for car parks, underground railway stations etc.We service all the South East of England and have built up a large market share from small beginings in the last 12 months.As general manager I am responsible for everything from running the sales team, creating optimum designs for customers, final delivery and of course most importantly profit and loss.

CDM was a fabrication company specializing in steelwork for the construction industry, we fabricated and installed everything from a 50m span pedestrian bridge in Carlow to a stainless steel and glass architectural fitout for a new stand at Galway Racecourse.We started out with a £10k personal loan and built the business up to £4million Turnover with 40 direct employees.

Started from college as a site engineer in London on an intake works on a lake in Staines, and progressed to be contracts manager on several jobs including tunnel refurbishment and structural refurbishment of Smithfield Market in London and the design and build of a complicated inlet works at Mogden STW for Black and Veatch. I then returned to Ireland as Earthworks and Drainage Manager on 20km bypass in Nenagh County Tipperary.
