• Work closely with drilling, construction, production and subsurface teams to design and execute effective completion programs by weighing technical and operational risks • Develop procedures and cost estimates for a full range of completion programs including open hole and cemented multi-stage horizontal initial completions, vertical recompletes, injection wells, P&A and well interventions • Design and optimize multi-stage horizontal fracture treatments utilizing fracture modelling, production history matching, forecasting, and economic analysis for multiple geologic assets • Benchmark and program performance appraisals • Diagnostic Fracture Injection Test (DFIT) analysis • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiencies and well performance • Participate in incident investigations, vendor performance reviews, safety programs and project start up meetings

• Manage fracture engineering projects for clients throughout Canada ensuring optimized fracture design to maximize reservoir deliverability in a cost-effective manner• Technical supervisory role of 7 senior fracture design engineers• Provide direction to all levels of the fracturing group as well as sales and marketing • Nurture technical relationships with clients• Technical presentations to customers and internal departments• Mentor junior and senior technical staff, • Employee development and performance reviews

• Optimization of hydraulic fracture treatments using simulations, production forecasting and NPV analysis• Post stimulation well performance evaluation • Calibrate models with various diagnostic techniques, i.e. DFIT, tracer, micro seismic, pressure match etc.• Work with operations, sales, engineering, reservoir departments and lab to meet project objectives and deadlines• Real time treatment monitoring• Before and after closure mini-frac analysis

• Preparation of hydraulic fracturing job programs and cost estimates • Proper selection of fracture system, fluid additives and proppant that meet job requirements • Ensure treatment design falls within equipment and well configuration limitations• Work with operations to ensure that job designs are feasible, effective and consistent with equipment and materials availability• Design of fracture treatment schedules• Review treatments to determine past successes and failures to optimize fracture design • Real time treatment monitoring

• Prepare primary and remedial cement job programs for customers throughout western Canada• Proper selection of cement blends, fluid additives and cementing techniques that meet customer requirements and appropriate government regulations• Ensure cement hydraulics fall within design parameters• Work with operations to ensure that job designs are feasible, effective and consistent with equipment and materials availability• Prepare cost estimate for sales and customers• Post job analysis and performance evaluation

• Well site supervision of underbalanced drilling operations in domestic and international markets• Design underbalanced drilling work programs with coiled tubing and jointed drill pipe • Determine flow rates of treatment fluids to attain desired bottom hole circulating pressures• Modeling of 3-phase flow with computer software to maximize PDM performance and hole cleaning• Analyze well bore hydraulics to determine returns handling and pressure control requirements • Tubing force predictions and stress analysis, especially in highly deviated well profiles• Cost estimates of coiled tubing drilling workovers• Monitor circulating system parameters and reservoir draw down • Job execution as per program, modify circulation system as circumstances arise• Well site relations with well operators, geologists, directional drillers and fluid separators• Generate field cost tickets and time analysis of drilling jobs• Conduct well site safety and operational meetings with all associated personnel• Review of treatment results versus objectives, resolve any deficiencies

• Supervisory role responsible for 24 hour on site execution of MWD operations• Maintenance and repair of MWD/LWD tools • Training of personnel and customer education on directional drilling tool assemblies• On-site interaction with geologists, directional drillers and drilling engineers• Monitor and evaluate introduction of new directional drilling technologies into field operations
