- Spearhead comprehensive internal/external communication strategies encompassing newsletters, social media, and website management to enhance organizational outreach and engagement.- Cultivate and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders, including donors and corporate partners, to drive fundraising initiatives and increase support.- Engage corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to facilitate volunteer opportunities and foster meaningful corporate/community relationships.- Coordinate and execute special events, integrating them into the organization's broader development efforts to maximize impact and visibility.

Assist professional staff in coordinating logistics of the Orientation Program. Create and implement recruitment and selection plans for new Orientation Leaders. Offer suggestions for curriculum in Student & Life Leadership course. Develop and implement training activities.

Primary duties include, assisting office visitors by answer questions, evaluating new hire paperwork for all student workers, general office duties, and other various tasks as assigned.

SOAR leaders lead groups of new first-year students and their family members and educate them about campus resources and student life issues to help them succeed at Missouri State University. SOAR Leaders are selected on their ability to work well with a group of diverse individuals, communicate effectively, and adapt to new and unanticipated situations.

- Oversees 18 committee heads, delegates duties between them, and sets clear expectations for the current academic year- Works alongside the entire executive board, but mainly the President on various internal affairs- Completes large award applications for the fraternity on a local and national level
