From 2010, I began to build up a property database suitable for the gym sector and started to work closely with Lifestyle Fitness to open 35 sites over a 6 year period and as such, developed excellent contacts with landlords, agents and developers. In 2017, I felt the time was right for me to finish up with gym80 and concentrate full-time in property acquisitions within the leisure sector with my company ProActive Leisure. My track record and relationship with JD Gyms, led to working exclusively with them in the gym sector in 2018 to head up their acquisitions.
