In my current role, I am responsible for developing an onboarding program for European, Middle Eastern and Australian employees and implementing the program activities. In this role, I meet with business leaders, cross-functional managers, and SMEs, and lead a team to create flexible, but rigorous onboarding activites to quickly enable new employees and contractors to join our existing teams.

As a Senior Learning Leader, I was one of the first Cerner associates to relocate to Skåne, Sweden as part of a regional implementation team. More than any prior time in my career, cross-team collaboration was essential during this project because so many teams were developing first-of-kind solutions for Swedish healthcare configuration that didn't exist in other markets. During this program, the COVID pandemic happened and, in response, my team investigated, planned, and implemented innovative end user readiness strategies to address the new workplace norms. As a Learning Consultant, I delivered Instructor Led Training training to end users, super users, and client trainers, as well as supported client GoLives. I also worked with product team SMEs to create easy-to-follow end user documentation, such as user guides and job aids.

I planned and executed fundraisers including walks and runs, swim-a-thons, and golf tournaments with teams of amazing volunteers.
