Kipp Dream Prep

Created and maintained rigorous learning environment through planning daily lessons, unit plans, and an original year-long scope and sequences using information from a variety of sources. Equiped students with the social and academic skills necessary for life and work through varied instruction. Founded and implemented new science curriculum which led to an average growth of 1.5 years in general science knowledge for students as measured by the NWEA MAP Test.

Investigated 200 local municipal-government websites in Spain for information on the rights of children. As well as communicated with local governments to include links to resources for the rights of children if they did not already have them available on their websites

Create bi-annual presentations on Lexmark supply chain initiatives and performance for top retail vendors. Collaborate with accounts to set appropriate forecasts for product, and set timelines for delivery and fulfillment of those orders. Track noncompliance fines from all major accounts at Lexmark and work with North American supply chain and traffic teams at Lexmark to minimize impact on supplier performance metrics.

Deep knowledge of store product and increased awareness to customer needs. Platinum Circle Award recipient, selling over $230,000 in a two year period.
