Provided full software, hardware, and IT administration support for a medium sized corporate office of 500+ users and multiple full sized shipping warehouses around the world minimizing downtime for the business. Played an integral role in upgrading phone systems from an analog Mitel system to a Cisco VOIP system effectively bringing support in-house and away from outside vendors.Point of Contact for Pick to Light, and Warehouse Control software issues due to in depth knowledge of the various systems and how they communicate with one another. Successfully completed a full technology upgrade from RF to Bluetooth of the warehouse pick to light scan gun system both in Irvine and in a secondary warehouse in Indiana increasing efficiency and decreasing downtime, repair bills, and reducing signal conflicts with existing WiFi infrastructure.
