I'm currently leading Vonage's GNP program focusing creating and growing the network API market over the next few years by enabling Operator network 4g and 5g capabilities to developers and enterprises by partnering with Operators around the world to make it "just work". We are also working with Operators to launch co-branded platforms based on Vonage's VCP to bring the power of network APIs and CPaaS to their customers directly.

At Vonage I led the Carrier Operations team and worked to consolidate the teams from the Acquisitions of New Voice Media, Nexmo & others into one cohesive team focused on delivering quality for our customers.

I built the Twilio Carrier Operations team from the ground up resulting in a world class operations focused on improving quality for their customers by creating best practices, building teams to handle everything from software development of our internal carrier tools including network monitoring and building out Twilio's first global remote team on a FTS model to ensure their customers traffic was routed with great quality and care.

At TalkFree I was responsible for the operations & engineering division. This included new product development from idea to production from mobile apps to cloud based online portals so our customers can manage and run their entire business. The TalkFree mission is to extend affordable telephony through advanced technology using PC, & Mobile VoIP clients on iOS, Android, Symbian & Windows Phone 8 to the underserved populations in developing countries around the globe. TalkFree assists thousands of local in-country communications distributors by providing a turnkey, plug and play business package that provides high quality voice, multiple access techniques and real time account management for a low start-up cost.In 2013 we launched the Hosted VoIP Platform which allows Tier 1 carriers and PTT's globally to quickly add their own OTT components to their existing offerings to retain customers and gain new ones in markets all around the globe and create sticky engagement and value to their customers.

I managed the Operations group of GCS working with GCS's premier customers to help them grow their existing operations and development groups and traverse the ever changing and fast paced world of telecom & VoIP.
