Colin is Chief Executive of Social Enterprise NI, a membership organisation which seeks to raise the profile of its members amongst other sectors and looks to encourage their supply chain opportunities. Social Enterprise NI is at the centre of the work being carried out to bring social value legislation to NI, working with political parties and other stakeholder groups. He has been responsible for increasing membership by 145% since joining the organisation and also for. 400% increase in attendees at the annual Gala Awards. Colin has a strong focus on enterprise and has a significant network across the private, public and educational sectors. Colin was appointed as a member of the reconstituted Procurement Board as an industry representative for the social enterprises sector. Colin is a member of NI Chamber of Commerce Council and a former Non Exec Director of Women in Business NI where he held the position of Chair of Finance and Governance Committee. Colin was also been appointed to the role of Ambassador for local charity Start360 and is a member of Resurgam Trust's advisory panel. Colin has also been appointed to the Board of Glentoran Football Club and holds the role of Chairman with additional responsibility for Glentoran Social Partnership, and Board member linking the Women and Girls section to the main club.Colin has previously over 35 years experience of working in local banks in NI most recently at Ulster Bank where he held the title of Senior Manager with responsibilities including;Management of Corporate and Business Banks deposit strategy and pricing in NI and RI Lead Ambassador for Ulster Banks business strategy with Public and Third SectorLed team responsible for production and completion of Corporate and Business Banks banking services tendersManaged team of relationship managers who had responsibility for cash transmission services of large UK Retailers operating in NI and RI
