Through the recently launched "Power of Place - The Centennial Campaign for Colonial Williamsburg," I work to match committed donors to the pillars of support underpinning the milestone priorities facing the Foundation's centennial, and the Nation’s Semi quincentennial in 2026.

After nearly ten years as a subsidiary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), EYP Mission Critical Facilities (EYP MCF) reemerged as an independent business in 2018. Exactly four years later, EYP MCF became a part of Ramboll, a market leader in sustainable buildings and alternative energy, providing a full complement of expert services across the lifecycle of data centers and mission-critical facilities. As one of a team of partners that led the managed buyout from HPE, and later sale and transition to Ramboll, I continued my focus on public, institutional, and enterprise markets through value propositions for an expanded client base with our Ramboll colleagues and partners. As a part of Ramboll, EYP MCF continued to trailblaze the industry around engineering, commissioning, testing and operational design of critical facilities. Additionally, EYP MCF brought specialized technology planning, integration, and implementation expertise to align their enterprise clients' digital infrastructure solutions to today's cloud, colocation, and on-prem hybrid topologies. With the divestiture of EYP MCF’s core government clientele and pipeline of Secure US Government contracts upon Ramboll’s acquisition, I exited my corporate career at the end of 2022 to focus my energies exclusively on philanthropic endeavors.

Matriculated to HPE upon the acquisition of EYP Mission Critical Facilities (EYP MCF) in February, 2008, and continued expansion of government programs with a concentration on the U.S. Public Sector for HPE's Advisory and Professional Services Consulting. Primary focus on aligning digital consultation offerings to our US federal, state, local, and educational institution (FED/SLED) clients and partners. Led the HPE practice that transforms this vertical's IT enterprise, at both the core and edge, to a more flexible hybrid cloud infrastructure and connectivity experience for the ever more mobile, secure, agile and content rich workplace. Strong personal background in technology and data center consolidation; enterprise-wide digital transformation, hybrid cloud solutions, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), and other capacity "as a Service" (aaS) delivery methodologies. Responsible for leading the end-to-end pursuit and delivery of these technology transformation solutions to US Public Sector clientele.

Founded in 2009, Abacus Property Solutions ("Abacus") is a women-owned real estate advisory firm, specializing in the management and financing of energy efficiency projects using conventional debt, public/private incentives, and specialty products such as PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy). As a Senior Advisor and Board Member, I bring my background in building energy efficiency, public/private partnerships, and sales/marketing to help advance Abacus' long range business plan and ventures into new offerings, like Capitalize Energy, an independent web-based platform for the building energy efficiency marketplace.

Recruited as corporate-wide Director of Government Programs to develop a public sector market in this specialty consulting engineering firm with over 90% revenue generation from private sector verticals (financial, technology, telecom). Firm's primary focus on highly reliable and energy efficient facilities and infrastructure for critical missions, including data centers, command and control (C4ISR) centers, and DR/COOP facilities. Led effort to bring public sector to parity with US commercial market by the time EYP MCF was acquired by HP in 2008. Served as transition lead for EYP MCF's public sector practice into newly formed Critical Facilities Services, or CFS, at HP.

A subsidiary of Halliburton at the time, reported directly to the COO for KBR’s Infrastructure Division in the Americas and managed an $8M+ Sales and Marketing budget with a yearly revenue generation goal in excess of $100M. Served on leadership teams for both the Americas region and globally as coordinator for all sales regions (Americas, Asia/Pacific & Europe/Africa), totaling almost $1B in total annual revenue. Market focus on US federal, state, and municipal clients, with special emphasis on alternative delivery structures, public-private partnerships, and multi-award, task order-type delivery contract vehicles. Specific sectors included aviation, roads and other transportation, water, wastewater, corrections, and core infrastructure. Service offerings included project development, program management, engineering, design, and construction management.

Coordinated business and marketing plans for the mid-Atlantic office, as well as for national justice and high technology marketplaces, by working on a quarterly basis with corporate management (VP) team. Strategies centered on local (profit center) and national (market sector) initiatives, alliances, and potential acquisitions for this interdisciplinary A/E firm with 14 domestic & international offices. HLM Design was subsequently acquired by Heery International, now CBRE/Heery.
