I wore several hats over time with this client, going where help was needed. An example key role with this client was as Director of Project & Process Management, which involved managing all company Product Owners and Project Managers, developing a flexible Project Management Office and framework, and building and managing the company roadmap, among other duties.As an Executive Consultant for Actium, I engaged with clients in either one of the two contexts:Executive Coach: analyzing and coaching the company through challenges. Engagements were particularly focused on working with business leadership to create systematic approaches to the functioning of the business (operating system implementation)Embedded Leader: involved taking on a formal Senior Leadership position within the company and providing day-to-day leadership for key departments, while also assisting across departments.
