Jaeger Consulting Group is an executive consulting corporation specializing in support for small business leaders. Jaeger was built on the vision of providing direct, personalized, hands-on support to small business leaders. We believe that small business leaders face some of the greatest challenges while also being underserved by traditional "drop-and-go" consultants who leave behind reports but fail to get to know the business, understand the challenges of its leaders, or apply practical solutions. We take a People + Systems approach that focuses on connecting individuals, roles, and systems in order to create tailored and lasting solutions pointed towards specific objectives. We believe that the largest, and often one of the earliest, barriers to success for a small business leader is creating a consistent business system around themselves, made up of highly accountable people and systems that are aligned to the vision of the business and consistently deliver on core competencies as well as strategic priorities. This framework is called the SAVE Leadership System.
