I support attorneys by drafting legal documents, managing calendars, filing systems and other clerical tasks, along with supporting our clients through their legal journeys.

Duties: oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the entire organization (9 staff, 200+ volunteers), while directing the fund development and management of a $400,000 budget. Highlights: • Acted as the community networking contact both locally and regionally, connecting our organization with significant growth opportunities. • Rebuilt and revitalized the development program from the ground up, leading the organization from a projected $75,000 budgetary shortfall to a $60,000 surplus in two years. • Wrote successful grants of $30,000, $20,000, $10,000, and $5,000 in 2020 and 2021 to support the organization's mission. • Connected with donors to secure many planned and major gifts over $25,000, including multiple over $100,000.• Orchestrated the organization’s largest capital project in history and managed its capital campaign, through purchase, building design and remodeling, with a total project cost of over $900,000. • Collaborated with stakeholders to create the organization’s first strategic plan, managing the process from start to finish, including implementation. We have since gone through the process a second time and have recently implemented our new strategic plan. • Guided the organization through a rebranding, including leading the organization through choosing a new name and logo, as well as the design of new marketing materials, website and public roll-out.• Facilitated the transfer of $75,000 into a capital endowment fund in 2017, growing that to over $225,000 in 2020 through the procurement of major gifts.
