The work I undertake on behalf of clients inludes such matter as agency (lettings/sales and acquisitions), rent reviews and lease renewals, advice on managment and service charge issues, and the like. General consultancy covering a range of such matters has always been a feature of my work, giving clients a good overview as well as drilling down into the detail of the issues.
