Candidate Experience Team• Team objective to create an informative and positive candidate experience for all prospective and admitted students resulting in a first class experience for all • Plan class visits, information sessions, tours, happy hour events, minority outreach events, staff coffee chats, admissions events from inception to execution for all MBA programs at Goizueta Business School• Student Ambassador program management including recruiting of current students, matching with prospective students, events for ambassadors and prospects• Work with faculty to determine and plan class visits for prospective students • Use of CRM and TRUMBA to create and publish events on internal and external websites and to track registration and follow upProspect Engagement Team• Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment strategies for all MBA programs. Associate Director responsible for all aspects of academic services for the evening MBA student population. Advise and counsel students of academic and career objectives. Program management, student advisement appointments both in person and virtual. Collaborate with faculty, students and registrar in order to establish the most effective Slate of course offerings. Event planning for Goizueta students, faculty and employers.

Internal Consultant responsible for leading and participating in project teams charged with the responsibility of assessing and improving campus businesses and services. Consult on a variety of projects including: benchmark study of top Business schools; records retention evaluation; internal billing processes; stewardship processes within alumni association; administrative review of multiple academic departments. Conduct focus groups; employee and client retreat facilitation; survey/questionnaire development and analysis; documentation of recommendations and findings through reports and briefings; communication regarding projects findings throughout campus community

Program Coordinator responsible for the management of Graduate Cooperative Education program. Recruitment and admission of graduate students and employers for employment relationships. Create and publish graduate cooperative education newsletter. Market program to students, faculty, staff and employers through events, mailings and personal interactions. Prepare and present quarterly reports on program participation through campus BANNER system. Advise and counsel graduate students on academic and career objectives.

Human Resources supervisor responsible for managing a team of recruiting coordinators. Manage all aspects of college recruiting for multi million dollar company. Development of recruiting strategies and employment processes for achievement of long-term corporate staffing goals. Develop and conduct recruiting training sessions for new consultants.
