This involved excessing existing furniture through GSA Excess software and clearing one building to meet their lease deadline. Phased relocation of multiple practices and clinics from multiple facilities into both renovated and new construction (1 tower & 1 tower expansion) for Barnes Jewish and St. Louis Children's hospitals. Phased relocation for the replacement hospital for HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital to their new 330K SF, five-story building. This included multiple practices and clinics from multiple facilities as well as consolidation/decommissioning of left behind facilities.

Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-Do, Korea

Prepared procurement procedures for IO&T (FFE) on this $11.5 billion military program. Generated bid packages for IO&T. Completed field measurements of building to confirm as built conditions for proper FFE procurement. Coordinated with Owner’s procurement department in Alabama (while in Korea) to expedite the procurement process. Coordinated with end users to assess needs. Back checked other orders for verification.

Reviewed and investigated Proposed Change Order Requests (PCOR). Accurately provided status information on project progress to the project management team.
