Created a curriculum plan to increase keyboarding skills at each grade level in order to build skill level over time. Also introduced word processing projects to students that implemented grammar, spelling and editing skills at each grade level.Saint Laurence School was faced with new challenges to provide 21st Century learning tools to meet the needs of our community. I introduced a curriculum that included a variety of skills required by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia such as Microsoft Office applications. I introduced Google Classroom as a way to deliver the curriculum and realized the effects of this change listed below: • Greater choice and autonomy for learners• More efficient working practices for learners and staff• Increased access through flexible or alternative modes of delivery• More personalized, authentic and relevant learning experiences• Enhanced assessment and feedback• More timely and cost-effective administrative processesI continue to add new skills to this curriculum as learners complete their goals. The delivery of lessons with Google Classroom has greatly increased student confidence. Ultimately, these changes made the student learning environment better by providing learners the skills they needed to compete in the global economy with a broader range of skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving skills, computer and technology skills, and communication and self-direction skills.

Thanks to the Robert Half Company who placed me as a Sales Hostess for K. Hovnanian Homes I work with an accomplished Real Estate Sales Manager in a dynamic environment. I am responsible for greeting and welcoming prospective homebuyers to the community. I collect all pertinent information from the visiting traffic and perform clerical duties as necessary. I provide model tours and help maintain the neat appearance of models. I am organized and customer-oriented with an excellent telephone manner. K. Hovnanian Homes earned seven awards in 2014.
