At Alternative Homes for Youth, I work with at risk youth in the juvenile justice system who are at our facility in order to grow and better themselves through their treatment program. I work specifically on the education team where I help the youth obtain their GEDs while other youth attend class to obtain their high school diploma. In combination with focusing on the youths' education, I also manage their behavior to keep them on track with the programs' rules and expectations as well as their own treatment goals. Our amazing clinical team, which is comprised of therapists and case managers, help the youth with their treatment plan and goals by running individual and group therapy.

I work at the Center for Autism at Montview Middle School. In my role I assist the students in their classes, homework, and with their peers. I work with them on their specific IEP plans and behaviors and monitor their progress. We work to develop their social-emotional and self-regulation skills.

Dayhab for adults with disabilities. We teach sensory, life skills, education, art, and health and fitness. We create lesson plans each month with a new theme every week. We also do lunches and assist with feeding and changes.

I was the front of house manager taking care of the bussers and cashiers. As well as front of house, I was also in the kitchen and made the prep list. I handled caterings, customer complaints, inventory and budgets, schedules, as well as managing my staff.
