In my role as the Director of Career Development, I maintain a placement rate of over 90%, oversee the execution of recruiting events and educational programming. I also provide services for our employers and industry partners to foster professional networks for hospitality students and alumni.

As Career Counselor for the Conrad N Hilton College, I support the Director of Career Development & Placement through student appointments, workshops, and employer outreach. My focus is on finding valuable internships for the student's required 600 hours of practical experience and assisting the faculty and staff in making sure students are prepared professionally to take advantage of these opportunities.
