The thing that I like best about my career is that I've been able to work in an industry that I love selling brands and products that I am passionate about. Along the way, I've worked with and learned from some truly wonderful people. Many of the relationships that I've made as a National Accounts Manager have become true friendships.While in my various roles in the Adult Beverage Industry, I've established and owned many business relationships. I've been responsible for significant business results and I was given enough freedom and support to try new things, to succeed, to fail, to learn, and to grow. I am thankful for these opportunities.Personally, I don't have any time for negativity. I start every day with a lot of positive energy and high levels of motivation. My personal values are centered on Honesty, Integrity and Accountability.By understanding my customer's unique concepts and business models and then laser focusing on their strategies and needs, I have brought to life many highly innovative and successful programs. These ideas and programs have helped my customers make money while they in turn, have provided great experiences to their customers. One of the beliefs that has helped me to be successful is that I firmly believe that in business, nobody is ever able to accomplish great things all by themselves. It takes a team and I recognize that every day. The innovations and programs that I have activated for my customers require support and contributions from many people, both internally and on the customer side. In the process of managing all the details for numerous, often simultaneous programs, I over-communicate with my people and I recognize and appreciate their support. I believe that these partnerships are every bit as important as the partnerships that I have with my customers.And most important I am Motivated and wake up every day looking for a new opportunity! Everyone should approach life with a positive attitude! Attitude is everything!
