Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements, target audience, and messaging goals; develop, direct and produce marketing materials including packaging, instructions, collateral, point-of-purchase and merchandising, trade shows, advertising, product launches, website content, sales support materials, social media, product and corporate campaigns, while meeting quality brand standards & project objectives. From concept to completion, drive impactful visual storytelling & a strong communication strategy across a variety of applications and collateral. Proactively bring new ideas, creative concepts and design solutions to the brand. Act as key liaison with outside vendors (corrugate & plate vendors, printers, etc.) in coordinating projects as they relate to concepts and production of marketing material. Manage & provide creative direction to internal and external creative teams; direct & assist in photography, video and animation production, and providing recommendations on concepts. Work interdependently with cross-functional teams on packaging projects, product launches, resets, etc. Manage marketing activities with the ability to effectively prioritize to ensure customer needs are met. Develop, create & communicate brand standards to ensure consistency and brand adherence across marketing creative & corporate communications. Direct & develop brand-naming practices. Manage and internally communicate trademark and registration changes; coordinate name and/or tagline searches with legal consult; consult with legal counsel in searches; protect intellectual property through maintenance, communication and brand direction of names, taglines and other intellectual property. Lead creative team in maintenance and management of digital assets & files; manage users in DAM and PIM Systems. Collaborate with marketing analytics team to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets & campaigns to make recommendations for optimization.
