After splitting my job between QA Coordinator and IT Support for the last 10 years, I am now moving into IT Support full time. Young Dental Manufacturing is growing and needs that support, full time. I continue my duties supporting the entire manufacturing facility, but now I support other sites as well, working remotely. I do anything from computer repair to helping people with software. Just a few of the skills I have developed:Setup and maintain computer software and hardware.Maintain & help troubleshoot ShoreTel phone system and voicemail.Resolve billing and service interruptions based on need at the moment, including long distance carriers, internet services and other miscellaneous needs.Install routers, switches, wireless access points and servers.Maintain & manage the mobile devices and account with Verizon.Purchase software, hardware and anything needed to keep the company running.Install and maintain the network cabling for the Earth City location which also includes working with electrical and data contractors to manage projects for cabling, fiber, data cabinets, switches and patch panels.I am always learning new software, and equipment based on manufacturing needs. I maintain the Solidworks software and licenses and the same for AutoDesk.I have used every piece of Windows software since it became available to the public and started using Windows 3.1 in a business setting. I use Windows 7 Pro - 64 bit on a daily basis and some Windows 8 & 10 as we get newer tech. I have also used every Microsoft Office suite. I am proficient in all the commonly used applications and have built and maintained Access Databases of which I have certification of training in.I work with Windows Server 2008, 2012, use the Active Directory and Exchange Management Console on a regular basis, adding users, network printers, email accounts, & folder security. I am also familiar with Datto devices.

I have spent 13 years in the Quality Department as the Document Control / QA Coordinator. I managed thousands of files, procedures, inspection documents, engineering drawings, validations, qualifications, and all documentation associated with an ISO/FDA regulated facility. Created and maintained Access databases to manage all these documents and the DCR system.I have created/designed product labels that are ISO/FDA compliant. Label software that I use, EasyLabel, AutoLabel Designer and Colos Create. During this span of 13 years, I also worked in the IT Support department. See above for new description.

Founding member of a community based Women's Roller Derby Team. Maintain memberships, dues, facility rent, event planning, sponsors, graphic design of Roller Derby Bout Programs, miscellaneous duties.

I had many duties during that time including leading the Sponsorship Committee. With help from several members, we successfully brought in 11 sponsors. One of them I was able to bring in, is a nationally branded whiskey, 2Gingers Irish Whiskey. I used negotiating, marketing and sales skills to accomplish the goals for our sponsorships. I kept in contact with the sponsors and kept them updated on upcoming events and was successfully able to get additional donations for our events, others on the sponsorship committee helped with this as well. I also organized and created the bout programs (until recently). They heavily featured our sponsors, so this was a perfect match. I was able to use some of my work connections to get great deals on printing the programs and getting fliers printed in general. In addition, I created the website, and kept it updated when it was under my watch. I have created fliers for fundraisers and for bouts working with sponsors and making sure I get their details correct with their ads and logos.
