As an ABSA, I have worked on the Financial Planning and Reporting team. During this time, I have worked on Hyperion as a Hyperion Administrator to support the business and make any requested enhancements. I also helped to create and support a new system for our business users using Hyperion, Excel pivot tables and Microsoft SQL server. Furthermore, I got experience with SAP BI, analyzing financial data, developing and enhancing multiple different systems for reporting, and advanced my Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft Suite applications.

As an Associate IT Analyst, I had to work with all company users to support their technology needs. I had to troubleshoot the issue at hand and be able to adjust to what each user needed. During this time, I had to have strong customer service skills, this allowed me to grow in that field as well as my technical support. I was able to develop a lot of useful tricks to become more efficient while supporting the users.

During my internship, I rotated to many different teams allowing me to experience varying teams and acquire different skills. I began developing more efficient Microsoft Excel skills and learned some basics of Crystal Reporting while on the Sales and Marketing Reporting team. On the Web Development team, I worked on a project that helped me to advance my SQL code and query skills, as well as my project management, leadership, and agile methodologies. I also got experience with project management, agile, and share point design while on the PMO team. I got experience with SAP while on the SAP Security team. I had to work through different requests and grant access based on the different roles of business and IT users.
