Emergency management professional, active in the field since 2016. I have experience in leadership roles supporting evacuation sites, shelter operations, a mass vaccination campaign, support center for mass fatality, and assessing access and functional needs at multiple events. I’m currently working as an emergency management planner assisting in pandemic planning, emergency management strategic planning, updating and rewriting our agency’s all-hazards emergency operations plan, and a multi-year training and exercise plan for staff and partners. Additionally I work on-call to assist in our local Emergent Operations Center with the Boulder Office of Disaster Management when activated. Consistent with our values at Boulder County Public Health, we work within an equity framework to ensure all community members receive inclusive and equitable care in the even of an incident or disaster.
