As a Human Resources Intern I was responsible for a variety of individual projects involving confidential information about employee records and hospital data. Similarly, I worked on teams with professionals within Human Resources and other departments in order to accomplish campus-wide goals. As an intern I spent the majority of my time working in recruiting where I screened applicants and possible new-hires, and assisted these new-hires with the hiring process. Crucial to my role was a thorough understanding of all positions within the hospital as well as the interaction between departments. Lastly, I was often responsible for communicating with managers, directors, and administrators within Bronson Healthcare Group in order to organize projects and recruitment.

As an Intramural Supervisor I was responsible for the overall management of intramural athletics including specific programs, a variety of facilities, participants, and sport officials. It was my duty to prevent game situations from escalating and negotiating disputes between participants and officials. I was also in charge of maintaining the highest level of safety for participants and officials, and was required to provide first aid care frequently. As an Intramural Supervisor it was required that I provide the highest level of customer service to participants in order to represent the University of Michigan well. I was trusted with the responsibility of opening and closing many of Michigan's Athletic facilities such as The Crisler Center, Yost Ice Arena, Oosterbaan Fieldhouse, and the campus recreation buildings.

As an Intramural Official I am responsible for upholding the regulated guidelines and rules for a variety of sports including Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball. It is imperative to the position that I am able to think quickly and responsibly, and to maintain control of a contest with confidence. I am often responsible for resolving conflicts between participants, coaches, and spectators. As an Official it is also my duty to properly set up and take down all equipment necessary for the athletics I officiate.
