Account Manager
Current• Focuses on sensitive client accounts who are demanding or have extensive profiles to ensure all flights go ahead seamlessly• Coordinates with CSMs to discuss amending out of date information• Currently working on streamlining client profiles for full team visibility so they know what is required versus outdated information that has not been amended by CSMs• Takes on team lead when upper management is off duty for all questions, concerns, and complaints • Currently responsible for 11 accounts, but oversees an additional 34 on an as needed basis• Negotiates with suppliers referring to high invoices vs. fair market value• Pivots expected work operations to assist with out of scope matters as needed• Coordinates with International offices to arrange hard to transfer hard to find US items globally• Has been consistently recruited by other departments as a source for ad hoc projects to increase client satisfaction & mitigate past flight issues • Easily builds lasting relationships with suppliers and vendors around the world by being direct with expectations and price points
