Currently, my job has a large assortment of responsibilities. Some of the higher priority ones are to process rental contracts, coordinate shipping, and create monthly and final invoices. Other tasks include coordinating with our shop for rentals and taking rental phone calls. This position allows me to showcase my communication and customer service skills.

• Provide support to four credit administrators, the credit supervisor and the credit manager.
• Answer credit hotline calls and answer any customer’s questions.
• Run payments in the form of credit card, check, epay and cash.
• Prepare statements, invoices and letters for mailing
• Work with the team to collect on past due accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments daily to ensure customers are pleased

• Supervise print production and shipping by completing quality checks.
