CLM Connections Inc is a contract based company conducting investigations. Will be accepting work in May 2024.

From January 2016 to January 2018, conducted investigation of sexual assaults and abuse involving children under the age of 15 in conjunction with Child and Family Services and the Zebra Centre.Since January 2018, conducting complex investigations of sexual assaults, historical sexual assaults, major case investigations, and assisting outside agencies.

Facilitator for the Sexual Assault Investigations Course which involves working with various presenters and ensuring up-to-date and relevant material is presented in the best manner. Presentation of a portion of the material (DNA and DNA warrants, Role of the Initial Investigator). I also teach Sexual Assault Investigations to each recruit class.

Road to Mental Readiness (R2MR) now known as The Working Mind

Responded to calls for service from the public. Member of the Divisional Project Team in which crime trends and community problems were addressed using team investigations and surveillance. A member of the Patrol Support Team (Acting Detective) assisting patrol with more complex investigations.

Supervised teams of sworn, non-sworn, and retired members in the Police Dispatch/911 Section and then in Patrol. Managed scheduling, call response, performance management. Coached and mentored team members.
