Working specifically with accommodated students needing specific software and special computer devices to complete their exams.• Departmental and Non-UALR Departmental Testing Coordinator. Coordinate with professors, universities and students the dates and times of testing, as well as any specifics needed for testing.• Online Scheduling Program Coordinator. Sole implementer of new online scheduling program. Responsible for implementing entire platform, staff training and informing faculty and students.• Testing Lab Computer Software Analyst. Responsible for hardware and software maintenance and updates on all 26 workstations in the Testing Lab.• Office Manager/Supervisor of Student Workers. Responsible for scheduling of staff. Responsible for training all new staff on office procedures, proctoring procedures and computer software.• ACTA Treasurer and Webmaster. Responsible for membership dues and creating and maintaining the ACTA website.

Provide leadership to plan, organize and manage all of the activities related to the Records and Registration Department, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the high school's student records and transcripts.
